I began participating in Gael Roziere's Rosen Movement classes twice weekly, 1-½ years ago. My goal was to recover range of motion in a badly broken shoulder that required bone-graft surgery. I am so pleased to have regained full range of motion and to no longer experience constant chronic pain. Thank you Gael and thank you Rosen Movement.

Gael Roziere became a Certified Rosen Movement Teacher in 1996. She became a Certified Rosen Senior Movement Training Teacher in 2015. Gael is trained as an R.N., a Cranio-Sacral therapist and Rosen Bodywork Practitioner among other modalities.
Rosen Movement was developed by Marion Rosen, Physical Therapist and world-renowned teacher.

PREVENTATIVE AND REHABILITATIVE Rosen Movement is the perfect UNHURRIED movement class for all ages, particularly for people aged 50 and over.

Wednesdays: 9:30-10:30 A.M.
Fridays: 9:30-10:30 A.M.

$3-5 per class to be paid at the end of each month. The zoom virtual Rosen/Reflective Movement classes have proven to be very successful. All a student needs is a 6x6 space to move in, a sturdy chair without wheels to support their balance whenever the need arises and a mat. The directions I give are succinct, easy to follow and guide the student to a deeper felt sense of well-being in a safe environment.
