Motions In Healing

TESTIMONIALS

I began participating in Gael Roziere's Rosen Movement classes twice weekly, 1-½ years ago. My goal was to recover range of motion in a badly broken shoulder that required bone-graft surgery. I am so pleased to have regained full range of motion and to no longer experience constant chronic pain. Thank you Gael and thank you Rosen Movement.

Gael's class gives me energy and strength for the day. My osteoporosis has improved -- it really has. My balance has improved too. This is a very enjoyable and personable class.

Rosalie Johnson, Watsonville

Gael's Rosen Movement class has improved my energy tremendously. My joints feel much less achy. I haven't had any problem with my sciatic nerve for months now. Gael's classes are so much fun. I always leave with a smile on my face.

The directions I give are succinct, easy to follow and guide the student to a deeper felt sense of well-being in a safe environment.
